Access links are structured in a straightforward format, such as: https://calendar.online/68dbf6166ace2865ccd7. Each link is assigned specific permissions, including roles like administrator, editor, or reader, thus ensuring appropriate access levels for different team members.

The administrator link provides comprehensive control over calendar management. Users can bookmark this link across devices for rapid access. Editor and reader links can be easily shared with team members to suit collaborative needs.

Furthermore, a range of additional settings is available for each access link, including:

• Permissions tailored to specific sub-calendars
• Password protection for enhanced security
• Default viewing options (e.g., 'day', 'week', etc.)
• Customizable access links, such as: https://calendar.online/sports

Within the dashboard view of the Calendar.online application, users can integrate existing access links or create new calendars. Upon creating a new calendar, the associated admin link is automatically included in the dashboard.

Navigation to the dashboard can be easily achieved at any time via the button located in the top left corner of the calendar interface.

To modify calendar settings, access the calendar through the administrator link and click on the gear symbol located in the top right corner.
